Our findings from talking to professionals about challenges they face while working with teams effectively
Their answers covered a variety of factors ranging from management issues, infrastructure to interpersonal and behavioral problems.

Some of the other challenges reported are: –
• Diversity in teams; Regional conflicts; Lack of team spirit; Lack of inclusive work environment; Lack of team support
• No information sharing; Insecurity in the team; Secrecy
• Ego issues; No respect for other team members; Not following hierarchy
• Lack of ownership of work; Lack of accountability
