Collaboration means teams working together and helping out each other in completing common tasks. However, it is observed that sometimes people who seek more responsibility end up doing more work while some others do not complete their own jobs. Instead they find excuses and blame others for not completing their own tasks on time which results in incomplete and shoddy jobs. This video narrates how everyone is responsible for their own work in a ‘collaborative’ work environment. Collaboration means you complete your own tasks efficiently and on time which helps others do their jobs. This will result in excellent team work …tasks getting completed on-time and with good quality.
