Collaboration means teams working together and helping out each other in completing common tasks. However, it is observed that sometimes people who seek more responsibility end up doing more work while some others do not complete their own jobs. Instead they find excuses and blame others for not completing their own tasks on time which results in incomplete and shoddy jobs.
